Do virtual office prices in Singapore include mail forwarding?

Local forwarding needs a S$30 one-off postage credit plus a S$2 payment-gateway fee, then costs S$2 handling per forward; international forwarding needs a S$100 postage credit plus a S$5 gateway fee, then S$5 per forward. At the premium end, Servcorp's S$280-a-month Virtual Office includes mail handling with a receptionist and 60 hours of coworking. “Mail handling” does not necessarily mean free posting-on, so ask exactly what it covers.
