Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use sg-best.com and its services, including SG Best Connect (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What SG Best is

SG Best publishes independent rankings, listings and guides to companies, venues and events in Singapore. Our rankings are editorial opinions, based on the information available to us at the time, such as public reviews, business websites and our own research. Each list shows the date it was last updated. Paid or sponsored placements are always labelled “Sponsored”.

2. Use the information at your own judgement

We work to keep listings accurate, but businesses change prices, menus, promotions and opening hours without telling us. Please check important details with the business before you rely on them. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, immigration or other professional advice.

3. Listed businesses

We may list a business, and show information it has published (for example its name, logo, website, menu, promotions and public social media posts), without a paid relationship. To correct or update a listing, or to ask for it to be removed, email info@sg-best.com. Logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and we use them only to identify the business.

4. Accounts and SG Best Connect

• Give accurate information, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• You are responsible for what you post or send through Connect.
• No spam, harassment, impersonation, scraping of other members’ details, or unlawful content.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

You can delete your account at any time. See our data deletion page.

5. Content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, corrections or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site in connection with our listings. You confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Our content

The Site’s rankings, text, design and SG Best branding belong to SG Best. You may share links and short quotes with credit to SG Best. You may not copy the Site in bulk or republish our rankings as your own.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to businesses and third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or services.

8. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, SG Best is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, or from your dealings with any business listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore.
